1. 5/26 Meeting - Tonight’s meeting is at Pecoraro’s rain or shine to progress the tower for the strawberry social two weeks away. Be prepared for possible rain shower. Turn left on Northwood Drive (If Valley Motel, then too far). Travel up Northwood to Barnshed. Turn Right on Barnshed. 88 on right 2. Thank you to those who supported Pack 472 last Friday night by participating in the backpacking/camping workshop. Besides set up tents, there were tables displaying various types and degrees of sleeping bags, various stoves, fuels & cooking gear , backpacks, miscellaneous gear including ten essentials kit, H2O filtration pumps, resource center including books and topographical maps, climbing gear (special thanks to Sean Hickey & Adam Clark). Special thanks to Troop Guide Federici for his efforts that night along with Alex Jagielski, Patrick Conrad, & Matt Pecoraro…and so many others (forgive me for excluding names)….heck, we even saw Jon Dudley at the event! 4. Memorial Day Parade – Those interested in marching with the Troop meet in front of City Hall at 9:30 day of parade 5. Strawberry Social - June 5th. See separate hand out – Sell tickets and build your scout account. 6. Taste of Guilford Community Service – June 26 Troop 474 does garbage patrol while consuming massive quantities of food & soda. 7. Camp Yawgoog – week two July 3 until July 10 – See Mr. Terwilliger for details. Thank you Mr. T. 8. Canoe Trip – July 15- July 22 – see Mr. Aery and web site for details…Mr. A, we worship you. J 9.
