The switch over will be done at the head of the river in the town of  Wanakena. We will then paddle two days up the river, and one day down the river taking out at Wanakena. The patrol will meet and plan the expected camping areas we will be staying at. Each site is numbered. During the first part of the trip we will spend part of the day hiking to a high point, so that we can get an overall view of the area that we are camping and canoeing in.

Departure will be Friday July 15, from the West side park ride at exit 58. We will arrive at approximately 4:00 with anticipated stops. The road trip is 350 miles. Travel is done in Class A Uniform.

Arrival will be to the same location anticipated time is 7:00, on Friday July 22.

We will meet next week; at that time please have a personal gear list prepared for review, along with meal suggestions. We will work on meal planning and a crew gear list at that meeting. Do we have any artist in our mist to help with the shirts? Patrol leaders please organize tenting requirements, and canoe partners. Adults need to get to Mr. Acampora, Drivers License #, Auto make and model, Plate #, Insurance Company, Cell Phone #
