3. Troop Guides Robbie Federici, Alex Laudano need to organize and sponsor an outing of some kind with Midnight Eagles & Screaming Eagles. Every Senior Patrol member is encouraged to do the same.

4. Troop Scribe at Senior Patrol level needed to write article on Jonathon Dudley Eagle projects and other Eagle Projects being performed by 474. Chris Fedrici and Nate Braccio clearing trails in North Guilford. Sean Hickey & Matt Pecoraro are building bridges. Since July Troop 474 has performed the following community service for Guilford : Since July 2004 we have done Taste of Guilford Trash Duty ( dirty job requiring 200 man hours), Keeping Society Antique Fair ( 80 man hours), Shoreline Arts Alliance Shakespeare ( 60 man hours), Bittner Park 9/11 Day of Caring ( 150 man hours), Braemore Preserve ( 180 hours). We have backpacking trip coming up next weekend, and Gettysburg in October 11… and 4 guys will be tapping the troop for participation in their Autumn Eagle projects, along with other community service scheduled (i.e. October game room at the Halloween Festival at the Community center) …point is the 474 engine has to cool on community service this week. Get me a rough draft of an article to edit and I will see you get your work published in local papers.

A. 9/25-26 Back Pack Trip - Where should we go. Who can go? Someone take charge?

B. October Theme will be Fire Awareness /Safety. Guilford Fire Department and 474 are coming together to help you earn Fire Awareness & Safety merit badge. Thank You to GFD & Explorer Post c/o of our SPL’s
