A.  ANNOUNCEMENTS

2.      Guilford Keeping Society needs Troop 474. Thank you Troop Guide Alex Laudano for taking charge! Please support the effort. The Keeping Society outside work at the Medad Stone Tavern on the fourth Sat. of the month from 9 am to 12pm.  Dates: Jan.29, Feb. 26, Mar. 26, April 23, May 28...clearing vines, trails etc. bring gloves and clippers. 

3.      ROCK JOCKS spearheaded by Sean Hickey, Matt Pecoraro & Adam Clark…interested in going to Prime Climb?...or some boldering at Chatfield Hollow?...see Sean, Matt or Adam  

4.      Mar 29 Pack 475 Cross Over at 7:00pm was huge success.  Welcome Kevin Acampora, Samuel Edgerton, Matthew Lebow, Evan McDougal, Evan Scarfo, David Slattery, Christian Spencer, Matthew Terwilliger, Petar Van Dongen & Andrew Wolek to Troop 474.

5.      Order of The Arrow Elections to be held April 7th –postponed to 4/14

6.      Commencing April 7th, Mrs. Jagielski & friends has organized First Aid program to satisfy the merit badge & rank advancement requirements for those that participate. PLEASE COME DOWN. REPETION IS GOOD EVEN IF YOU THINK YOU ARE EXPERT (NO SUCH THING AS AN EXPERT)

7.      April 8th Pack 472 Cross Over 7:00 at St. Johns Church in North Guilford on Friday April 8th at 7:00 P.M.  This church is the second church over from Melissa Jones Elementary School. Friday – Scouts and Adults are needed to receive another batch of crossovers!! Hoo Rah 472

8.      4/16 Food Drive might postpone one week…either way collect food NOW!. 474 will serve as anchor troop for Guilford centralizing Packs 472,475 and Troop 471 & 474. Thank You Mr. Terwilliger for spearheading the event.  Hoo Rah Mr. T. Adam Casinelli Troop Guide will serve as Food Drive Police…Patrol Leaders have a responsibility to drive your patrols.

9.      April 23 & 24 BackPack Trip Wiley Shelter/ Ledges Kent CT NY border of AT moderate backpack venue. Mr. P. w/Senior patrol to organize Details to follow

10. Strawberry Social is scheduled for June 5th. Mr. Heinemann, 474 Treasurer, among his many 474 fiduciary roles is keeper of the Scout Accounts

11. Taste of Guilford Community Service – June 26 we do garbage patrol while consuming massive quantities of food & soda for free

12. August 8 Yankees vs. White Sox bus trip-contact Mr. Conrad 457 6937 or e mail him at therad@att.net. Bus Trip loaded with fun $40. Patrol Leaders – Get your Patrols to go!!
