A. May 14 - 16 Extravaganza Camporee at North Haven Fair Grounds…see Mr Heinemann. PATROLS ARE URGED TO GO. WE ARE REQUIRED TO ERECT A TROOP GATE WITH AN AGRICULTURAL THEME, have a demonstration and display our Patrol Flags (Strawberry Social Lashing of Towers can be progressed right there)…Please come.

B. Meeting at Mr Pecoraro’s house this Saturday to collect long straight 1 inch diameter saplings for May Camporee Gate. Say 9:00 AM for just an hour or two.

C. Sign Up for Appalachian Trail Massachusetts Back Pack Trip next weekend. See separate hand out.

D. ALL SCOUTS WITH TROOP POSITIONS SHOULD SEE HONORABLE MR. TOWN TO ARRANGE FOR OBTAINNING YOUR PROPER PATCHES.

E. Those interested in Rock Climbing at Prime Climb should see Sean H, Matt P or Adam C
