A. 2/15 Day Ski Trip – Butternut Great Barrington MA see sign up sheet and hand out

B. 2/21&22 White Mts. Trip - See Hand Out and Sign Up Sheet

C. Merit Badge College – Any Update?

D. Next week meeting 2/12 will be held at individual homes.

1. Midnight Eagles will meet at Heinemanns

2. Screaming Eagles meet at “To Be Announced”

3. Senior Patrol Troop Guides will split and be assigned.

It was decided by the Scouts at the last Green Bar meeting this as an occasional approach would promote PATROL FOCUS. Bring Your Books.

E. ALL SCOUTS WITH TROOP POSITIONS SHOULD SEE HONORABLE MR. TOWN TO ARRANGE FOR OBTAINNING YOUR PROPER PATCHES.

F. 2/19 there will be no school no meeting

G. 2/26 will be Cub Scout Family visitation night. Be at our meeting and make them feel welcome. We are Troop 474!!!!!

4. TONIGHT’S AGENDA IS ADMINISTRATIVE CATCH UP

A. Senior Patrol to Elect Troop Guides and assign to Midnight Eagles & Screaming Eagles. After election and assignment, meet with these patrols and identify what you want to do next week with your new assignment. Ropes?, First Aide?, PROPER UNIFORM AND WHAT EACH PATCH AND ENSIGNIA MEANS? see what it is the scouts need for rank advancement and go for it.

B. All Patrols – We Need Den Chiefs – See Mr. Terwilliger & Mr. Pecoraro
